  1. Get 3 cups Penne pasta or your choice
  2. Make ready 1 bay leaf
  3. Take 1 onion
  4. Get 1 capsicum
  5. Take 1 carrot
  6. Make ready 1 cup corn
  7. Take 1 broccoli
  8. Prepare 1 bay leaf
  9. Take 1 inch ginger
  10. Get 1 tsp butter
  11. Take 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  12. Make ready Salt
  13. Make ready Mixed herbs for seasoning
  14. Take 1 tsp sugar
  15. Take 3 tsp crushed pepper
  16. Make ready 1 tbsp sour cream/whipped cream
  17. Get 2-3 cups red pasta sauce (you can make your own using tomoato+ chilli)

Red Sauce Pasta is mostly made using penne pasta. But, if you do not have that, you can make it using macaroni as well. Instructions to make Red Sauce Pasta:
  1. First of all take 8-12 cups of water and boil it with penne pasta adding a tsp of salt for around 15-20 mins until it softens
  2. Chop all the required vegetables and keep it ready
  3. Now in a pan take a tsp of butter + bay leaf + ginger garlic paste.
  4. Sauté it until it’s aromatic. Now add all the vegetables and sauté for 10 minutes
  5. Now add pasta sauce (you can make your own or a ready one) + salt + crushed pepper + seasoning/mixed herbs+ sugar. Mix it well. Now add boiled pasta and sauté for awhile.
  6. Mix it well and add pasta sauce based on the taste required. Add sour cream on top in the end. Serve it hot.
