The ingredients needed to make Healthy (but doesn't taste healthy) Taco Pasta:
  1. Get 1 bag Bird's Eye Veggie Penne Pasta with cheddar sauce
  2. Make ready 1 lb Extra Lean Ground Beef
  3. Take 1 packet Taco seasoning (I use McCormick)
  4. Prepare 3/4 c water

While pasta cooks, saute corn, peppers and onion in a pan until cooked. Add salt + pepper to taste. Healthy taco pasta uses the taco ingredients that we all love (think chopped onions, peppers, and ground beef), and combines that with familiar pasta dish ingredients like tomato sauce and, well… pasta, to create a flavor-packed dish that would put a smile on anyone's face (and belly!). Next, make the pasta sauce by blending tomato sauce, yogurt, water, and all of the seasonings in a blender.

Steps to make Healthy (but doesn't taste healthy) Taco Pasta:

  3. While beef is marrying with taco seasoning throw your bag of cheddar veggie pasta in the microwave. Cook as directed on the package.
  4. When you hear that microwave ding… That can only mean one thing… That it is time to mix the pasta with your beef mixture and eat!
  5. If you have any left (which you won't) add some sour cream to it then reheat. SO good! Y'all let me know how much you love it!!
