The ingredients needed to make Tuna and Pasta:
  1. Make ready Tuna and Spices——————
  2. Take 10 ounces canned tuna
  3. Take 4 tablespoons butter
  4. Make ready 1 tablespoon ground black pepper
  5. Take 1/4 cup Tuna Pasta Spices see my recipe
  6. Get Pasta———————-
  7. Take 1 pound bowtie/Farfalle pasta
  8. Make ready As needed water to boil pasta
  9. Take 1 teaspoon salt
  10. Get 1 tablespoon extra Virgin olive oil
  11. Get Cheese—————–
  12. Prepare 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  13. Make ready 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  14. Get Topping—————-
  15. Prepare To taste fresh ground black pepper

While the pasta boiled I heated the Alfredo peas tuna and dried herbs in a separate saucepan. I combined that with the drained pasta and topped each serving with a little shredded Parmesan cheese. Here, the tuna pasta is tossed with peas, crispy bell peppers, and some bold Mediterranean flavors, including garlic, lemon, a few kalamata olives (or capers, if you prefer). I like finishing this pasta with a sprinkle of grated Parmesan.

Instructions to make Tuna and Pasta:
  1. Boil the pasta till done and drain. Save 2 cups of the pasta water. I usually of late spoon the pasta from one pot to the other one.
  2. Heat the butter and add the Tuna Pasta Spices and 1 tablespoon fresh ground black pepper. Mix well.
  3. When all the butter is melted and the spices are incorporated, add the pasta water a bit at the time. Stir well. Till thickened and creamy.
  4. Mix in the cheese. Stir constantly.
  5. When the cheese is blended in a bit add the pasta and tuna. Mix in well.
  6. Serve I hope you enjoy!!
