  1. In bowl,add chicken julienne,lemon juice,salt,black pepper and marinate for 30 minutes.
  2. For Fajita seasoning,in bowl,add paprika powder,cumin powder,black pepper,red chili powder, garlic powder and salt,mix well. Fajita seasoning is ready.
  3. In wok,add oil add marinated chicken and mix until chicken is done,set aside.
  4. In wok,add oil,yellow bell pepper,capsicum,onion,garlic and fajita seasoning, sauté for 2-3 minutes and set aside
  5. In wok,add oil,tomatoes,fajita seasoning,cook until tomatoes are soft,add cooked chicken,penne pasta cooked, vegetables and mix well.
  6. Add cream,milk and cheddar cheese,mix well.
  7. Sprinkle mixed herbs or oregano and serve.
