The ingredients needed to make Sesame Pasta Salad:
  1. Get 1 pkg cooked angel hair pasta
  2. Prepare 3 red bell peppers (julienned)
  3. Take 3 yellow bell peppers (julienned)
  4. Prepare 3 green bell peppers (julienned)
  5. Make ready 1 red onion (julienned)
  6. Make ready 1 pkg edamame (shelled)
  7. Take 1 pkg frozen broccoli
  8. Make ready 1/4 cup sesame seeds
  9. Prepare 1 cup peanut butter
  10. Make ready 1/4 cup soy sauce
  11. Make ready 1/2 cup sesame seeds
  12. Take 1/2 cup olive oil
  13. Make ready 21 oz coconut milk

In a jar with a tight-fitting lid, combine oil, soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, sweetener, sesame seeds, ginger, and pepper. Mix spaghetti, sesame oil, honey, soy sauce, corn oil, green onion, red pepper flakes, and salt together in a large bowl until spaghetti is evenly coated. This sesame noodle salad is a perfect cold noodle salad for a hot day. Make the noodles and the dressing ahead of time and let the noodles soak in all the flavor from the dressing (sesame oil, honey, soy sauce).

Instructions to make Sesame Pasta Salad:
  1. Combine all vegetables and cooked pasta
  2. In oven safe container, combine 1/2 cup sesame seeds and 1/2 cup olice oil
  3. Bake in oven at 375 for about 15 minutes until seeds are toasted and slightly browned.
  4. Allow to cool
  5. Combine peanut butter, soy sauce, coconut milk, and whisk until smooth (if you own an immersion blender, now is the time to use it).
  6. Add toasted sesame seeds and oil
  7. Whisk until smooth
  8. Combine with pasta and vegetables
  9. Toss to coat

Make the noodles and the dressing ahead of time and let the noodles soak in all the flavor from the dressing (sesame oil, honey, soy sauce). Then toss it with green onions, cilantro, bell pepper and peanuts right before serving. Cook pasta according to package directions.
