  4. Make ready 1 tomato sauce
  5. Take 1 oil for deep frying
  6. Prepare 1 salt to taste
  7. Get 1/4 tsp garam masala
  8. Get 1/4 tsp roasted cumin powder

  1. Add salt,garam masala and cumin powder to the gram flour and mix well.
  2. Add water slowly to it to make a paste for coating the bread….whisk the mixture for a minute or two.
  3. On first slice apply green chutney or green chilli sauce..keep the 2nd slice on the 1st to make a sandwich. Now on the 2nd slice apply tomato sauce or any other sauce.Put the 3rd slice on the 2nd one.
  4. Heat oil for frying.
  5. Coat the 3 slices together with the gram flour coating..and deep fry till golden brown.
  6. Cut into triangles and serve..
