The ingredients needed to make Easy Baked Cranberry Doughnuts:
  1. Take 1 (15.6 oz) package Pillsbury Cranberry Quick Bread & Muffin Mix
  2. Get 2 eggs
  3. Take 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  4. Prepare 1/2 cup cold water

Instructions to make Easy Baked Cranberry Doughnuts:
  1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Spray doughnut pan with cooking spray.
  3. Whisk together the mix, eggs, oil, and water. Pour into the doughnut pan, filling them up about halfway.
  4. Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes, or until done.
  5. After the doughnuts have cooled, dip them into the glaze. Allow them to set on a wire rack.
  6. Enjoy!
