  3. Prepare 250 ml Plain milk
  4. Make ready 2 tbsp Margarine
  5. Take 200 grams Corned beef
  6. Get 1 Onion - diced
  7. Take 3 clove Garlic - crushed and diced
  8. Make ready 1 pinch of Salt and Pepper
  9. Take Skin part
  10. Get 5 slice Bread
  11. Take 1 Egg

Instructions to make Bitterballen - Dutch snack:
  1. In a bowl, mix 10 slices of bread, plain milk, a pinch of salt and pepper until it looks like dough.
  2. Melt margarine in a pan with small heat, add diced garlic and onion, add corned beef, and then mix well with the bread dough, let it cool.
  3. Shape into small ball or however you wanted it.
  4. For the skin, toast bread until it gets really brown and hard, let it cool and beat it and you'll get your own breadcrumbs.
  5. You can just use the white eggs, but i use the yellow as well. Mix it and roll the ballsi in itcoat and then coat it with breadcrumbs.
  6. Fried the balls in medium heat.
