  1. In a bowl, mix mashed tofu, egg, onion leeks, salt, pepper, and stock powder.
  2. Form mixture into 4 patties.
  3. Roll in flour, dip in beaten egg, roll in bread crumbs.
  4. Deep fry for about 2 minutes until golden. Serve warm with your favourite dipping sauce.
