  2. Take 1 tsp chopped garlic
  3. Prepare 1/2 tsp chopped ginger

  5. Make ready 2 tsp tomato ketchup/sauce
  6. Get 2 tbsp soy sauce
  7. Get 1 tsp chilli sauce
  8. Get 6 tbsp cornflour
  9. Take 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  10. Prepare 1 cup water
  11. Make ready 4 tbsp oil
  12. Get 1 dash of black pepper
  13. Make ready 1 salt as per requirement
  14. Get 1 chopped corainder leaves
  15. Get 1 sliced spring onions

Instructions to make Chilli Potatoes (Indian Version):
  1. Peel and cut the boiled potatoes into any shape you like.
  2. For Batter - Mix well the cornflour,salt,black pepper,1 cup of water & bread crumbs in a bowl.
  3. Marinate the sliced potatoes in the batter prepared.
  4. Heat the oil in a deep pan/fryer over a high flame.Add the marinated potatoes and cook for a few minutes till they turn golden brown. - Drain on an absorbent paper and keep aside.
