  1. heat oil in skillet on medium low heat
  2. wash and slice your potatoes into desired thickness. cut a circle into middle.I used a metal 1/2 tspn to just give me desired shape, then cut push center out.I left skins on potato
  3. combine all seasonings into bread crumbs & panko mix well. dip potatoes into milk then add to panko mix coat generously deep fry about 6-7 minutes per minutes. drain on paper towel. sprinkle with parsley flakes if desired
  4. mix all spicy mustard ingredients together adjust seasonings to liking.
