The ingredients needed to make Turkey Lasagna roll:
  1. Make ready 12 Barilla lasagna noodles
  2. Prepare 8 oz ground turkey
  3. Make ready 1 can diced tomatoes
  4. Take 1 (14 oz) can crushed peeled tomatoes
  5. Get 1 tbsp minced garlic
  6. Prepare 2 tbsp onion powder
  7. Make ready 2 tbsp Italian seasoning
  8. Take 1 tbsp plus 1/2 tbsp parsley flakes
  9. Take 1/2 cup diced yellow onion
  10. Prepare 1 tbsp knorr chicken bouillon
  11. Prepare 1/2 cup low fat ricotta cheese
  12. Get 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  13. Make ready to taste Salt and pepper

Drain and rinse the noodles and lay them flat on wax paper. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Spoon a thin layer of turkey mixture along the length of the noodles. Add cottage cheese, mozzarella cheese and lightly sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

Instructions to make Turkey Lasagna roll:
  1. Brown the turkey meat and onions, add minced garlic, onion powder, garlic powder, Italian, 1 tbsp parsley and bouillon. Add the diced tomatoes, crushed tomatoes and salt and pepper. Cook on low for about 20 min.
  2. Boil lasagna noodles till they are soft enough to roll. Drain and lay them out flat on a tray.
  3. In a bowl mix ricotta and parsley.
  4. On a noodle spread a spoonful of ricotta then top with meat sauce and roll. Repeat until all the noodles are rolled. You might have to add more sauce as you roll. After you roll all noodles top with remaining sauce and shredded cheese. Cook at 350 until all cheese is melted about 20 min.

Spoon a thin layer of turkey mixture along the length of the noodles. Add cottage cheese, mozzarella cheese and lightly sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Once everything is rolled up, spoon the remaining turkey mixture over the top. Roll up firmly toward unfilled end. Lasagna rolls are so easy to make.
