The ingredients needed to make Lasagna soup:
  1. Make ready Pasta noodles of choice
  2. Take 1 can (28 oz) Crushed tomatoes
  3. Take 1 can Tomatoes with green chiles
  4. Take Hamburger meat
  5. Prepare 1 diced onion
  6. Take Italian seasoning
  7. Make ready Garlic salt
  8. Prepare Pepper
  9. Take Hot sauce Optional
  10. Prepare Pinch brown sugar
  11. Make ready 3-4 cups beef or chicken broth (stock)
  12. Get Topping
  13. Take Shredded mozzarella
  14. Take Grated Parmesan

Pour in beef broth, diced tomatoes, crushed tomatoes, and wine. Stir in basil sprigs, salt, and pepper. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a simmer. Add lasagna noodles and cook, stirring.

Steps to make Lasagna soup:
  1. Brown hamburger meat and diced onion, drain off any fat.
  2. Add all other ingredients except pasta and topping
  3. Cook in crock pot, on low 5 hrs or high for 2-3 hrs all your doing is bring to a small boil or until it’s hot…
  4. Instant pot, pressure cooker, ninja foodie. Use sauté to brown meat and onions, drain fat, add all ingredients except topping, make sure pasta is covered with liquid, set on low pressure on 0 with a national release. Or use crockpot setting following the above Instructions.
  5. Crockpot, when soup is hot and done, cook noodles on stove with box instructions, and drain when it’s done, add to soup. This set can be used also in a pressure cooker if you don’t want brunt noodles or you don’t trust it not to stick to the bottom…..

  7. Notes- I used the ninja foodie, with the crockpot setting. Cooked my noodles on the stove. I also didn’t have any broth or stock so I used bouillon cubes. This can be made on a stove top. Seasoning are to taste…
