  2. Make ready 1 olive oil
  3. Take 1 lb mozzarella cheese
  4. Make ready 1 fresh basil leaves
  5. Get 2 oz crumbled feta

This Greek Goddess appetizer is so dang good! The combination of Feta Cheese, Artichoke Hearts, Kalamata Olives, Sun-Dried Tomatoes and Pita Bread are just downright amazing! Evenly spread hummus on cream cheese layer. Top with cucumber, tomato, olives, feta cheese, and green onions.

Instructions to make Brad's greek tomato appetizer:
  1. remove top and bottom of tomato so when cut in half they don't roll around
  2. cut tomatoes in half and arrange in a baking dish
  3. brush with olive oil
  4. put a sm slice of mozzarella on tomatoes
  5. put a lg basil leaf on top of that
  6. place a couple small crumbles of feta on top of that
  7. bake at 350 until tomatoes wilt a little and all cheese is melted.
  8. scarf down

Evenly spread hummus on cream cheese layer. Top with cucumber, tomato, olives, feta cheese, and green onions. You can also experiment with other Greek-themed ingredient options such as sun-dried tomatoes, Kalamata or green olives, pepperoncini, etc. Surround cheese balls with your favorite crackers.
