The ingredients needed to make Roasted hot pasta salad:
  1. Get 8 oz pasta
  2. Get 2 bell peppers
  3. Take 1/2 lb hot sausage
  4. Make ready 2 carrots
  5. Get 1/2 c corn
  6. Make ready 1/2 head broccili or cauliflower
  7. Get 1/2 c oil based dressing: greek, italien or citrus recommended
  8. Take 1/4 red onion
  9. Get 1 tbl oil, evo or vegtable recommended

This one is delicious with fantastic lemon flavor, tuna and crisp veggies. Enjoy! (This recipe uses canned tune. I haven't tried using fresh tuna yet, but I will next time. Drain the rest of the oil from the tuna, then flake the fish into the bowl and mix well.

Instructions to make Roasted hot pasta salad:
  1. Heat oven to 425. Wash pepper, sausage, broccili, carrots then rub with oil.
  2. Spread coated vegtables & sausage on cookie sheet then roast for 15 minutes. Add corn to cookie sheet after 10 min.
  3. Cook pasta per instructions on box
  4. Drain pasta then tranfer to large bowl and toss with dressing then set aside.
  5. Cut red onion into long thin pieces. Chop sausage into bite size.
  6. Let roasted veggies cool then chop to bize. Sissors are usually best to chop a roasted pepper and broccili but a knife is preferred for sausage and carrots.
  7. Add chopped veggies, meat, onion to dressed pasta (include juices from roasting pan + cutting board) then mix well so everything is coated.
  8. Can be served immidiately or cooled then cover to store in fridge and serve chilled.

I haven't tried using fresh tuna yet, but I will next time. Drain the rest of the oil from the tuna, then flake the fish into the bowl and mix well. Remove pans from oven and let cool on wire racks.
