  6. Take 1/4 cup water

  9. Take 1 meduim cabbage
  10. Take SAUCE
  11. Get 2 tbsp niseste
  12. Prepare 3 cup liquid from the food

  15. Take 1 salt
  16. Prepare 1/2 cup olive oil

To prepare the filling, put the chopped onion and the peppers in a pan. Add the salt and the vegetable oil and cook them by stirring until they get tender.
