  3. Make ready 1 and quarter cup of milk (it shld be a bit watery and not too thick)
  4. Prepare You can make powdered milk to liquid or use liquid milk
  5. Get 1 teaspoon baking powder
  6. Make ready 1 egg
  7. Make ready cup Melted butter or oil quarter
