  1. Make ready 250 g all purpose flour
  2. Take 200 g full cream milk
  3. Get 75 g sugar
  4. Take 75 g caramel
  5. Prepare 12 g baking powder
  6. Make ready 2 eggs
  7. Take 20 g melted butter

The pan is hot enough when a drop of water breaks into several smaller balls which 'dance' around the pan. For berry pancakes, add a cup of blueberries or strawberries to the batter. Steps to make Pancake:
  1. Beat eggs till mixture turns yellow.
  2. Add in sugar, caramel, baking powder, milk and butter. Mix till everything dissolve.
  3. Add in flour and mix well. Then, use a ladle to scoop and pour it into a none stick pan.
  4. Cook till golden brown on each side. note don't press the pancake while cooking, it will remove the air bubble in the pancake and reduces the fluffy texture.

For banana pancakes, add a mashed ripe banana. The first pancake is always a bit of a test so adjust the batter by adding more flour if you need to make it thicker or more milk if you want a thinner pancake. In either case, just add a few spoonfuls at a time until you get it right. Repeat the cooking process with the remaining batter. You may need to adjust the heat as pan tends to get.
