  3. Take 1 1/4 milk
  4. Get 1 egg

Instructions to make Easy Pancakes:
  1. Mix self-rising flour and sugar in a bowl.
  2. Melt butter in microwave safe measuring cup for about 30 sec.
  3. Add egg to melted butter and wisk gently (make sure butter isn't too hot). Should mix to a nice smooth yellow consistency.
  4. Add milk and butter and egg mixture to flour and mix until no lumps.
  5. Get you griddle pan greased and hot, and pour mixture, about 1/4 cup to form pancake. Continue until all batter is gone.
