The ingredients needed to make Apple Banana Oatmeal Pancakes:
  1. Take 1 apple (diced)
  2. Prepare 2 very ripe bananas
  3. Prepare 1/2-1 cup oatmeal
  4. Get 1/2-1 cup bisquick mix
  5. Prepare 2-3 eggs
  6. Take 1 tbs vanilla extract
  7. Get 1 tbs cinnamon
  8. Prepare 2 tbs blackberry honey

In a bowl, mix the flour, oats, baking powder, baking soda, and cinnamon. In a separate bowl, mix applesauce, sour cream, egg, and vanilla. Stir applesauce mixture and milk into the flour mixture until evenly moist and thick. They're very fluffy, naturally sweet thanks to the ripe bananas.

Instructions to make Apple Banana Oatmeal Pancakes:
  1. In large mixing bowl, add diced apple, bananas oatmeal, and bisquick. Mix. Add eggs, honey, vanilla, cinnamon. Mix well. Mixture will be thick. Add more egg to mixture if too dry, add bisquick if too wet.
  2. On a preheated griddle set at 325°f, spray with cooking spray and poor batter to form your pancakes, cook and flip until ready. Enjoy!
