  2. Prepare 2 cups all purpose flour
  3. Make ready 2 eggs

  7. Prepare 1 1/2 cups half and half
  8. Take 1 1/2 Tbs. vanilla extract
  9. Get 1 Tbs. cinnamon (optional)

In medium bowl, beat egg with wire whisk until fluffy. Stir in remaining ingredients just until flour is moistened (batter will be slightly lumpy); do not overmix or pancakes will be tough.
