Instructions to make Dad's Sunday Pancakes:

  2. Whisk wet ingredient together separately, then mix with the dry ingredients
  3. Preheat frying pan or skillet to medium-high heat (6 on my stove)
  4. Ladle out pancakes at a 1/4 cup each, which makes pancakes about 5 inches wide.
  5. Cook for about 2 minutes each side.
  6. Put the finished pancakes on a plate and put them in an oven to warm while you finish the rest of the batter.
