The ingredients needed to make English Style Pancakes:
  1. Prepare 150 grams Plain Flour
  2. Prepare 15 grams granulated sugar
  3. Get 250 ml milk
  4. Prepare 2 eggs
  5. Make ready pinch salt
  6. Get butter

Slowly add small quantities of the milk and water mixture, whisking all the while to get the lumps out of the flour. The batter should be like thin cream when you are done. Instructions to make English Style Pancakes:
  1. Measure all the ingredients
  2. Sift together the flour and the salt into a bowl
  3. Add sugar and mix, then create a well in the centre
  4. Add eggs and some of the milk, then stir
  5. Add more milk gradually as you stir
  6. Heat pan on medium heat, melt some butter in the pan
  7. Add a ladle full of batter into the pan and wait for it to turn golden underneath
  8. Flip! Then wait until other side is golden then put on a plate
  9. FOR CINNAMON SUGAR" add 2 parts sugar (granulated is fine) and 1 part ground cinnamon to a cup then stir it up
  10. Repeat Steps 6, 7 and 8 until you have all 6 (roughly) pancakes on the plate, then add toppings. I used Nutella, Cinnamon sugar and syrup
  11. Roll and eat
