  2. Take 1/2 small carrot, diced
  3. Make ready 1/2 small bell pepper, diced
  4. Get 4 cloves garlic, chopped
  5. Prepare 1 small onion, chopped
  6. Take 1 small tomato, chopped with juices
  7. Make ready 50-70 g spinach
  8. Prepare 2-3 eggs, beaten
  9. Make ready 1-2 minced bird's eye or chillies
  10. Get 1-2 T coconut cooking oil or butter
  11. Prepare 1 T oyster sauce
  12. Take to taste S & P
  13. Prepare Parmesan to garnish

Instructions to make Beef and Spinach Frittata LCHF : Keto:
  1. Heat oil / butter in pan and drop in onions then garlic.
  2. Sauté 3 minutes. Then add in the tomato and chillies. Add the beef mince and spread it out on the pan. Season with salt and pepper. Cover and lower heat. Let the juices come out.
  3. Add the oyster sauce and mix it in the beef and juices. Then add the carrot and bell pepper into the pan and cover.
  4. After 5 minutes, sauté and mix well. Add the spinach on top. Spread it evenly then cover 2 minutes to cook the spinach.
  5. Do a taste test and adjust your seasoning accordingly.
  6. Lastly, pour in the beaten eggs evenly over the top. Cook until eggs are cooked to your liking.
  7. Transfer to a serving plate, garnish with Parmesan and enjoy.
