  1. Make ready 1 1/2 lb beef steak trimmed
  2. Make ready 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
  3. Get 1 tsp salt
  4. Take 1 tsp pepper or desired amount
  5. Make ready 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  6. Get 1 1/2 cup sliced onions
  7. Take 1 can 14.5 Oz diced tomato undrained
  8. Get 1 tsp sugar
  9. Get 1/3 cup or desired amount of frozen broccoli
  10. Prepare 1/3 cup or desired amount frozen carrots
  11. Prepare 1/3 cup or desired amount frozen corn
  12. Prepare 1/3 cup or desired amount frozen green beans
  13. Prepare 1/2 cup or desired amount frozen pineapple
  14. Prepare desired rice

Instructions to make Beef & Veggies over rice:
  1. Mix flour, salt & pepper together and pour into ziplock. Add beef and shake to completely coat beef.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in 12 inch skillet. Add beef and brown for 6-8 minutes. Be sure to brown all sides.
  3. Place slice onions on the bottom of the crockpot. Add beef, diced tomato and sugar. Cook on low 6-7 hours
  4. Add veggies and then cook until desired tenderness
  5. Serve over rice
