The ingredients needed to make Braised beef and noodles:
  1. Make ready 2 lb cubed beef; stew meat
  2. Prepare 3 tbsp butter
  3. Take 1 1/2 tsp salt
  4. Get 1/4 tsp pepper
  5. Take 1 medium white onion; diced
  6. Get 1 tbsp brown sugar
  7. Prepare 1 tbsp white vinegar
  8. Take 2 tbsp lemon juice
  9. Take 1 cup ketchup
  10. Take 1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
  11. Get 1/2 tbsp mustard
  12. Get 1/4 tsp tobasco sauce
  13. Get 1/4 cup celery; chopped
  14. Get 3 cup water
  15. Prepare 1 lb eggs noodles (cooked)

Salt and pepper to taste, add enough water to cover. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add enough stock to be able to cook the noodles and add some salt if using homemade. Bring to a boil on the stovetop over medium high heat and add the noodles.

Steps to make Braised beef and noodles:
  1. In a large pressure cooker melt the butter then saute the beef
  2. Add salt, pepper, celery, and onion. Cook for about a min.
  3. Stir in brown sugar, vinegar, lemon juice, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, tobasco sauce and just 2 cups of water
  4. Cook for 17 mins at 15 psi.
  5. After 17 mins of cook time combine 1 cup of cold water and flour in a separate bowl
  6. Slowly add the water flour mixture until deaired thickness is reached
  7. Serve of cooked egg noodles

Add enough stock to be able to cook the noodles and add some salt if using homemade. Bring to a boil on the stovetop over medium high heat and add the noodles.
