  1. Get 2 lb ground beef
  2. Make ready 1 large onion, finely chopped
  3. Prepare 1 medium green pepper, finely chopped
  4. Take 1 lb process cheese (velveeta), cubed
  5. Prepare 1 lb pepper jack cheese, cubed
  6. Prepare 1 can taco sauce
  7. Take 1 can diced tomatoes and green chilies, drained
  8. Take 1 can mushroom stems and pieces, drained and chopped
  9. Get 1 can sliced ripe olives, drained
  10. Take 1 tortilla chips
