  5. Prepare Stuffing
  6. Make ready 1 Ground Beef(I used 1 package..you can use as much as you want)
  7. Make ready 1 can tomatoe sauce(I used the small size can)
  8. Make ready 1 Ground California Chili(add to taste - I used about 2-3 tbsps)
  9. Take 1 dash chicken flavor bouillon(add to taste)
  10. Prepare 1 water( you can add less or more it all depends on how juicy you want it)
  11. Prepare 1 Monterey Jack Cheese thin slices(OPTIONAL)
  12. Get Nopales
  13. Get 1 packages diced Nopales
  14. Take 1 diced onion
  15. Get 1 diced tomatoes(I used 1 large)
  16. Prepare 1 bunch diced cilantro(optional)
  17. Prepare 1 cup squeezed limon(you can add more or less your choice)

  5. Heat up some frying oil and once its hot. Begin frying your Empanada…ONCE IT TURNS GOLDEN BROWN –> remove from pan.
  6. Nopales: Boil until tender then drain water…Mix diced nopales,tomatoes,onion, and cilantro. Squeeze a good amount of limon on it. Stir and Enjoy!
