  3. Get 2 tbsp Olive Oil

  5. Prepare 1 cup Beef Stock
  6. Prepare 2 Bay Leaves
  7. Get 2 Potatoes, peeled and cut into 1 inch cubes
  8. Get 1 tbsp Fresh Thyme, minced

  10. Make ready 2 Stalks of Celery, Sliced
  11. Get 1 large Onion, copped into 4
