  2. Prepare 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  3. Take 2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder (8g)
  4. Get 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  5. Take 1/2 teaspoon salt
  6. Get 3/4 cup (170g)cold unsalted butter cut into pieces
  7. Make ready 3/4 cup cold plain Greek yogurt (185g)
  8. Take 100 g grated Cheddar cheese (Parmesan ok)
  9. Prepare 1 large egg beaten
  10. Make ready 3 tablespoons cold water
  11. Prepare 1 large egg beaten mixed with 15ml milk for brushing on biscuits

Steps to make Mini cheese biscuits with Greek Yogurt:
  1. Preheat oven to 220oC. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.

  5. Place biscuits on prepared baking sheets and brush with the egg wash. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
  6. Best served with butter, honey or jam.
