Instructions to make Dee's Beef n Cheezey Empanadas:
  1. on medium heat, add oil and saute onions, red peppers, garlic, and olives
  2. season the beef with the adobo before you cook it, then add beef mixture onto sautaing veggies. cook it until browned
  3. drain potatoes and add onto beef mixture…mix it together
  4. mix cheese into mixture, add as much as you like. my moto is the more cheese the better
  5. take turnover Patties, add one to two spoon of filling and seal sides with a fork
  6. heat frying pan on med heat coating with oil
  7. fry Patties on both sides, and drain on paper towels
  8. let sit for 5 minutes, then enjoy
