Instructions to make Thai Green Broccoli Beef:
  1. Boil a half pint of water.
  2. Chop broccoli and green beans.
  3. Add veg and water to a microwave safe container.
  4. Add beef to wok and lightly coat with oil then place on a high heat hob.
  5. Place veg into a microwave for 3 to 6 minutes.
  6. Stir beef for 5 to 10 minutes until all has browned.
  7. Drain of the juices from the beef and vegtables.
  8. Clean wok then add beef, vegetables and cooking sauce.
  9. Bring to the boil and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes.
  10. Add to plates and enjoy!
