  13. Get 2 weetbix crushed or 1 cup dry breadcrumbs for crumbing

  2. roll into balls, slighty over the size of a golf ball.
  3. roll balls through crumbing weetbix or breadcrumbs until covered.

  5. press down on patties slightly with a spatula.
  6. cook for approx 5-7 mins, turn, cook a further 5-7 mins or until cooked, crisp & golden
  7. remove from pan & drain on paper towel. continue untill all patties are cooked.
  8. serve with sides of your choice.
