The ingredients needed to make Sweet and Sour Lychee Chicken:
  1. Get 4 bulk chicken thigh (cut diced)
  2. Prepare 1 canned lychee
  3. Get 1 red chilli (thinly sliced)
  4. Make ready 1 thumb ginger (thinly sliced)
  5. Make ready 1 spring onion
  6. Make ready 4 garlic (chopped)
  7. Get 1/2 onion (cut quarter)
  8. Make ready 1 tbsp tomato sauce
  9. Get Corn starch
  10. Make ready Starch
  11. Make ready Oil

Best and easiest sweet and sour chicken I have tried on this site! I made a few changes out of neccesity using a can of cubed pineapple with about half of the syrup and snow peas instead of the celery and gr. peppers. Tonight I will make again using the exact recipe! Mix chicken, sherry, soy, and salt.

Instructions to make Sweet and Sour Lychee Chicken:
  1. Marinade chicken with soy sauce and pepper for at least 10 minutes or put it in a fridge overnight.
  2. Heat the pan and oil. While waiting, mix chicken with corn starch. Stir and cover quickly before frying.
  3. Fry the chicken then set aside.
  4. Heat the saucepan, oil, then put garlic and ginger in until the garlic turn golden brown. Next put the chilli in and onion, followed by lychee with the liquid. Add tomato sauce, sugar, pepper, and salt.
  5. Bring the chicken in. Last, put spring onion in. Stir until it is all cooked.
