The ingredients needed to make Veggie garden Parmesan chicken and pasta:
  1. Make ready Roast at 400 for 45 min Any fresh veggies from the garden! I chopped 4 zucchini, an onion, 5 gloves garlic with olive oil and S&P
  2. Get 1 pack chicken breast diced and cooked in a pot with olive oil and seasoned with s&p
  3. Make ready Boil 1 bag of carbanada pasta fettuccine
  4. Prepare Chop 1 large tomato and any herbs from the garden
  5. Make ready 2/3 cup Parmesan cheese
  6. Take 1/2 olive oil

Add the uncooked pasta, chicken broth, water, broccoli, red bell pepper, carrots and peas. Stir, then bring to a boil. Pour in marinara sauce, fill up empty sauce jar with water and add to the pot. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a strong simmer.

  1. Cook chicken while veggies roast. Once chicken is close to being done boil pasta and add to chicken. Add olive oil
  2. Add roasted veggies, chopped tomato, herbs, and Parmesan cheese. Stir well and add S&P to season. Don’t cook tomatoes or herbs, just heat through. Serve with Parmesan cheese on top!

Pour in marinara sauce, fill up empty sauce jar with water and add to the pot. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a strong simmer. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain. Meanwhile, in a large nonstick skillet, saute carrots in oil until crisp-tender. Saute veggies, basil, and garlic in oil over medium-high heat.
