Steps to make Chicken Disk:
  1. Salt in chicken thighs
  2. Dice onions
  3. Add just enough oil to disk to make it oily, add diced onions and seasoned chicken.
  4. When chicken is nice and brown on both sides add soya sauce, pureed tomatoes and enough water to make the sauce thin enough. Simmer.
