  2. Make ready 1 dried coriander
  3. Get 1 cherry tomatoes
  4. Prepare 1 canola oil
  5. Make ready 1/2 clove chopped garlic
  6. Get 1 pasta
  7. Get 1 salt pepper

I saute some garlic in olive oil add the diced tomatoes salt pepper some of the basil and let it cook for a few minutes (not too long). Then I toss penne with the tomatoes garlic and basil and add the remaining basil. It is a great summer pasta dish using fresh ingredients from the garden. I just made it again last night!

  2. add cooked pasta and mix
  3. add dried coriander
  4. cook while stirring for 5 min
