The ingredients needed to make Broccoli, tomatoes pennes pasta:
  1. Take 1 cup broccoli
  2. Take 400 g penne pasta
  3. Prepare 2 Tbsp olive oil
  4. Make ready 1 cup tomatoes
  5. Get 1 chicken breast
  6. Make ready 1 knorr mixture for chicken
  7. Make ready to taste Salt & pepper
  8. Make ready Garlic powder
  9. Take Gouda cheese
  10. Make ready Yogurt
  11. Take Soya milk
  12. Make ready Dried oregano
  13. Prepare Corn starch (if needed)

Steps to make Broccoli, tomatoes pennes pasta:
  1. Cook the broccoli until smooth about 10 mins but no more (do not over boil as i did because then it melts and doesn't stay in pieces).
  2. In the same water used for the broccoli cook the pasta for 15 mins. Throw away rest of the water, add 2 Tbsp of olive oil and mix.
  3. In a pan add the chicken breast cut in pieces, add 1/2 cup water, knorr seasoning, salt & pepper and cook for 5 mins.
  4. Add the yogurt, soya milk, dried oregano, cheese and stir. I also added some corn starch, to make it less watery. Transfer this mixture into the pot with the pasta and mix. Enjoy!!

Turn the heat up to high and deglaze the pan with the red wine vinegar.
