  2. Take 1 handful Pasta, I used Angel hair
  3. Take 2-3 cloves Fresh Garlic minced
  4. Prepare 1 large sweet onion roughly chopped
  5. Get 1 lemon squeezed minus seeds
  6. Prepare 1/2-2/3 cup fresh grated Parmesan
  7. Take Handful grated cheese, I used Fiesta shredded cheese
  8. Take 1/2 pint cherry or grape tomatoes cut in half
  9. Make ready 1/4 cup milk
  10. Take 1 stick butter, cut into pats
  11. Get Olive oil
  12. Take About 1 tablespoon dried Oregano
  13. Prepare About 1 tablespoon dried Basil
  14. Take Onion powder
  15. Prepare Garlic powder
  16. Prepare to taste Sea or Kisher Salt
  17. Make ready Fresh ground black pepper
  18. Get 1 bag Baby carrots cut in half
  19. Get 8-10 fresh Asparagus tips
  20. Get Fresh mushrooms sliced

In large skillet, cook garlic in olive oil until golden. Add lemon juice, bouillon and pepper. Cook and stir until bouillon dissolves. In large bowl, toss pasta, garlic mixture, cheese and parsley; serve immediately.

Steps to make Pasta with Lemon Garlic sauce:
  1. Allow 8 cups of salted water to come to a boil. I added my dried herbs and pasta to the boiled water.
  2. Angel hair is ready in between 3-4 minutes, other pastas are usually ready 7-8 minutes.
  3. I sautéed my minced garlic on low heat, added my chopped onions, until Translucent. I then added the rest of my prepped vegetables. Sautéed on low,
  4. In a small pot, heat the butter, the cheese on low
  5. When butter and cheeses are soft and fairly melted, drain pasta, place back into hot pot it was cooked in.
  6. Add the vegetables, and the Butter cheese sauce, to the pasta, gently stir to blend. I then added the squeezed lemon and milk. Once again stir to blend.
  7. Allow to sit about 3-5 minutes. Deve with a smile and enjoy

Cook and stir until bouillon dissolves. In large bowl, toss pasta, garlic mixture, cheese and parsley; serve immediately. To the now empty pot, heat the butter and olive oil over medium heat until the butter has melted. Reduce the heat to low and add the garlic cloves. Add in juice and zest of one lemon.
