  5. Get 3/4 crushed tomatoes (or your fave pasta sauce)
  6. Take to taste Salt and pepper
  7. Make ready 1.5 tsp dried basil
  8. Prepare 2 cups fresh kale, chopped roughly
  9. Prepare Tbs olive oil
  10. Take 4 cups dried pasta

Then add your onions and garlic. Once onions are translucent, add your chorizo sausage and let cook until it's browned. Add the cooked pasta and the parmesan to the pan and toss to coat. Remove the chorizo from its casing and add it to the pan, breaking it into small chunks as you go.
