  1. Prepare 1 onion
  2. Take 1 tomato
  3. Get 1 green chilli
  4. Prepare 3 eggs
  5. Get 2 cups pasta
  6. Prepare 1 tsp chilli powder
  7. Make ready 3/4 tsp turmeric
  8. Get 1 tsp soya sauce
  9. Get Pepper and salt as required
  10. Prepare leaves Coriander

Add eggs, yolks and oil and run the machine until the dough holds together. If dough looks dry, add another teaspoon olive oil.   1. Boil the pasta in water, add some drops of oil to the water, so that pasta don’t stick to itself.
  2. Sauté onions and green chilli in a pan till it becomes golden brown, add ginger garlic paste, and then add tomato till it becomes mushy. Add chilli powder and turmeric.
  3. Add pasta to the mixture and add soya cause and add eggs one by one to the mixture. Add pepper and salt to it.
  4. Lastly add chopped coriander and serve hot egg pasta 😍. Happy fooding.
