  1. Prepare 3 cups Pasta 1/2 cup sweet corn
  2. Take 1/2 red bell pepper 1/2 green bell peepper
  3. Get 1/2 bulb of onions (chopped) 2 large tomatoes (blended)
  4. Get I stalk spring onions (chopped)
  5. Prepare seasonings
  6. Prepare oil
  7. Take 2-3 medium sized carrots (chopped)

The Arrabbiata sauce is a tomato based sauce like the Jollof sauce for spaghetti and rice. However, the major difference between pasta all'Arrabbiata and Jollof pasta is heavy reliance on seasoning. Drain out the excess water and mix in the sauce. Boil your pasta with the butter till soft and set aside.

Instructions to make Pasta Jollof:

  2. Heat up your oil, fry the onions and blended tomatoes and peppers.
  3. Season the sauce with salt, seasoning cubes, curry and thyme.
  4. Pour in your pasta and chopped vegetables and stir in. Allow to simmer for 5-7 minutes.
