  6. Make ready 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  7. Get 1 tbsp mix herbs seasoning
  8. Get 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  9. Take 1/2 tsp ginger and garlic powder
  10. Make ready 2 tbsp hot sauce or chilli sauce
  11. Take 1/2 tsp vinegar
  12. Get 1/2 tsp ketchup
  13. Prepare to taste salt
  14. Prepare 1/2 tsp roasted sesame seeds

Try to let the blender run for a minute or two; the smoother the sauce, the better the dish. This vegan chickpea pasta has a creamy, decadent sauce without the need for dairy or eggs. Instructions to make Veggie Pasta:
  1. Cook pasta till al dente with little bit oil and salt in the water or according to packet instructions.Strain the pasta and keep it aside.You can use any pasta.
  2. In a pan heat olive oil and add the mixed frozen veggies.saute them for 2 mins only.
  3. Mix all the dry spices, herbs and sauces in a bowl.
  4. In a mixing bowl add pasta add mix veggies.
  5. Now add cucumber and tomato.
  6. Add the prepared sauce and toss everything.
  7. Sprinkle some sesamme seeds for garnishing.
  8. Keep the pasta for 10 mins in fridge covered and serve cold.
