  6. Prepare 1/8 tsp black pepper
  7. Get 2 large cloves of garlic minced
  8. Get 1 medium onion
  9. Get 1 medium/large green bell pepper
  10. Prepare 1/2 lb ground beef
  11. Prepare 2 Tbsp olive oil
  12. Take 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  13. Get 1 can (6 oz) tomato paste
  14. Get 1 can (28 oz) no soduim added crushed tomatoes
  15. Make ready Water
  16. Take 1 Bag or box of pasta of choice
