Instructions to make London Broil:
  1. Mix all ingredients for the marinade and pour into a gallon ziploc freezer bag.
  2. Trim excess fat from the london broil steak. Then poke the steak all over with a fork (this will help make the meat more tender and let the marinade flavor soak in).
  3. Place steak in the bag with the marinade. Seal it up getting as much air out of the bag as possible. Make sure the meat is completely immersed in the marinade.
