Instructions to make Broiled Eggplant Japonaise:
  1. Cover cookie sheet with aluminum foil
  2. Cut stems off eggplant
  3. Cut eggplant into 1/2" thick strips
  4. Drizzle oil on cookie sheet
  5. Add eggplant strips to cookie sheet
