  2. Grease boiling pan or line cooking sheet with aluminum foil.
  3. In a small bowl mix all ingredients except fish.
  4. Place tilapia on pan and broil 2-3 minutes, then flip, and broil for another 2-3 minutes.
  5. Remove tilapia and coat with remaining ingredients.
  6. Broil for 2-3 minutes more or until top starts browning and fish flakes easily with fork.
  7. Serve.
