  2. Take 2 chicken carcass
  3. Get 2 litres water
  4. Get Caramalized Soy Chicken
  5. Take 2 pcs boneless chicken chop- broiled
  6. Get 5 tbsp- sweet soy sauce
  7. Get 2 tbsp- light soy sauce
  8. Get 2 tbsp- brown sugar
  9. Prepare 250 ml- water
  10. Take Ginger- sliced
  11. Take 3 cloves- garlic
  12. Make ready Scallion/green onion- sliced
  13. Take 2 eggs- boiled for 3min
  14. Get 2-3 portion ramen noodle

The second is a combination broth made from chicken and Japanese dashi stock. And the third is Tonkotsu which is made from pork bones. Stir in broth, water, soy sauce, mirin, and sesame oil. Bring to boil, reduce heat to a simmer, and add dried mushrooms.
