  1. Take Green unripe mango
  2. Prepare leaves Corriander
  3. Prepare Long bean (cut)
  4. Get 6 pcs cherry tomatoes
  5. Get 2 onions (sliced)
  6. Prepare 2 garlics
  7. Take Bird eye chillies (chopped)
  8. Make ready 1 handful unsalted roasted peanut
  9. Take 2 tbsp fish sauces
  10. Make ready 3 tbsp melted brown sugar
  11. Get 1 squeezed of lemon juice
  12. Make ready Tamarind (optional)
