Instructions to make Lasagna roll ups:
  1. Brown hamburger with salt,pepper,basil,onion, and minced garlic(adjust seasoning to personal taste)
  2. Drain the browned hamburger, and move noodles out of water and let dry for a few minutes while hamburger cools.
  3. Useing a casserole pan put small layer of spaghetti sauce
  4. I use a cutting board to lay noodles 1 at a time. Smear ricotta cheese over 1 side 3/4 of the noodle (leave the end empty they tend to overflow)
  5. Put a small amount of cooked hamburger onto ricotta cheese and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese lightly. And proceed to roll the noodle towards the plain end of noodle and repeat until pans are full.
  6. Top noodles with enough sauce to evenly coat them and place in over at 400deg for 1 hr
  7. Remove pan and top it with mozzarella cheese (parmesan is optional) return to oven until cheese is melted.
  8. For a browned cheese top broil for a few minutes until cheese colors over.
